Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dysautonomia School™ website (the "Site"), a program of Elevate Care Institute, LLC ("Elevate Care Institute," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this Site or registering for a workshop through it, you agree to these Terms.
Course content, learner accounts, and continuing education completion delivered through our learning platform are governed by a separate agreement presented at the time of enrollment. These Terms apply only to your use of this Site and your registration for in-person or live workshop events.
1. Who We Are
Dysautonomia School™ is a continuing education program offered by Elevate Care Institute, LLC, providing workshops and related resources for rehabilitation and allied health professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractors, and athletic trainers.
2. Eligibility
Our workshops are intended for licensed or credentialed allied health professionals and students in these fields. By registering, you represent that you meet the professional background described on the relevant workshop page, or that you have contacted us to confirm eligibility.
3. Workshop Registration
3.1 Registration Process. Registration is completed through the forms and payment processing provided on this Site. A registration is confirmed only upon our acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of full payment.
3.2 Pricing. Workshop pricing is as stated on the Site at the time of registration. We reserve the right to change pricing for future registrations at any time; changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the start of the workshop. Full refunds will be issued 31 or more days prior to the workshop for the registration fee paid, less a processing fee of $50, which will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds will be issued if the request is made in writing 17-30 days prior to the start date of the workshop, less a processing fee of $50. No refunds will be issued 16 days or less prior to the start of the workshop. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.
3.4 Cancellations or Changes by Us. If we cancel, postpone, or materially change a workshop (including its date, location, or format), we will notify registrants and offer either a full refund or transfer to a future workshop date, at your choice. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with a workshop we cancel or reschedule. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.
3.5 Transfers. Registrations may be transferred to another eligible individual or to a future workshop date, subject to availability, by contacting us prior to the event.
4. Continuing Education Credit
Continuing education hours, if offered, are awarded according to the requirements of the applicable accrediting body (CEU Approval, APTA, AOTA) and require full attendance and completion of any associated requirements described on the workshop page. We do not guarantee that CE credit will be recognized by every state licensing board; it is your responsibility to confirm CE requirements with your own licensing body.
